Joseph C. Delk, IV: Attorney

Joseph C. Delk, IV is a graduate of Duke University (B.A. Political Science) and Washington & Lee University School of Law (Juris Doctor). Joseph began his legal career in 2008, honing his skills in complex matters at a South Carolina insurance defense firm.

In 2010, Joseph returned to his North Carolina roots, establishing his practice in Lenoir. Here, he leverages his expertise to champion clients facing criminal charges (misdemeanors & felonies) and traffic violations. Joseph's passion for protecting his clients' rights extends beyond the courtroom. Since 2022, he has expanded his practice to assist individuals and families in navigating real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Licensed in both North Carolina (2010) and South Carolina (2008), Joseph is committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions for his clients' diverse needs, from navigating the complexities of the legal system to safeguarding their property interests. Joseph brings a sharp intellect and strong work ethic to every case.

When Joseph isn't advocating for his clients, you'll find him spending time with his two children, Pepper and Jasper or exploring the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. She is a proud member of the Maliseet indigenous tribe of New Brunswick, Canada. When not working diligently on behalf of our clients, Allison enjoys expressing her creativity through macrame and exploring new adventures with her husband, Justin and daughter, Willow.
